With wedding season upon us, that means bridal showers are upon us too. Tina’s sister Linda is getting married in exactly two weeks, so last month, we celebrated her! Bridal showers originated back in the 1890s, and its customs and gift giving traditions have changed throughout the years. Tina and Linda’s friends threw her a cute brunch bridal party with tons of eye pleasing and delicious food and fun games.
“Thanks a latte for coming” and “Hugs and kisses for the soon-to-be Mrs.”
The bubbly bar was so pinterest worthy! They had champagne, orange juice, fresh fruit, and these cute love stirrers. I drank tequila the night before at Phil’s friend’s party (and you know how those nights go…) so I didn’t touch the bubbly bar at all, hah.
After everyone filled up their bellies with brunch, we filled out a little quiz packet with questions on Disney songs, guessing Linda’s age by looking at old photos, and questions about Linda and My’s relationship. Sad to say… I realized I know nothing about Disney songs and Linda. I’m just going to blame it on my bad test taking skills. 🙁
Sisters! Can’t wait to see this pretty lady get married in two weeks! 🙂
